Purchase Policy:​

 

 

By completing any purchase, you agree to the following terms:

• Expiry of Lessons: All lessons must be scheduled and completed within the active subscription period.

 – Monthly Plans: Lessons expire 1 month from the purchase date.

 – 3-Month Programs: Lessons expire 3 months from the purchase date.

Any unused lessons after the expiry date are forfeited and non-refundable.

• Scheduling Responsibility: Students are responsible for booking their lessons on the purchase date or the first day of each new billing cycle. Preferred meeting times cannot be guaranteed if lessons are not scheduled early. Availability may be limited later in the month.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Any class cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time is counted as used and is non-refundable.

• Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting me directly. Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle. The current month is non-refundable once payment has been made.

• Refunds: All payments are final. No refunds or credits are issued for missed, expired, or unused classes under any circumstance.

• Currency: All prices are listed in USD.
